    Initial Meeting

    Your dream about building a house starts with our first meeting with us. We will meet you to go over your vision and budget and note down your preference. Our very experienced sales consultant has all the answers for your questions. We know you work during the day so we have time available after hours and over the weekend, we even can drive to your place. We will work out a budget and work with a mortgage broker to secure financing for you.

    Concept Plan

    You can choose from our standard plans or our designer can customise a plan based on your preference and lifestyle. We will set up a meeting with the designer and you can customize your house as you like.

    COSTING AND CONTRACT

    Based on your plan and specification we will provide a very market competitive price and a detailed specification. We can tweak the plan and specification to best suit your budget and lifestyle. Once you are happy with price and specification we will provide you a fixed progress payment contract and require you to pay the deposit outline on the contract.

    Drawing and Consent

    Once everything is finalized our architect will work on detailed plans and organize other required documents for Building consent application. While your consent application is being processed which is 20 working days we will make final calls on kitchen design, bathroom, electric plan, flooring and colors.

    Construction

    This is a very exciting time for us and you. You will see your dream getting into a shape from day one. Your house construction will be managed by our very experienced project manager who will monitor the progress and quality of the work and will update you weekly with photos. You can make an appointment with him to do a site visit as well. Our progress payment will also start at this stage as well.
